Wray Slater peacefully passed away with his wife, family and friends by his side on Monday, June 10, 2019. Husband of Helen Slater; step-father of Shirley Glassford (Eric Anderson) and Amy Glassford-Bailey (Nisan Bailey); and grandfather of Halie, Noah, Kyra, Quintin, Camden and Stella. Wray is predeceased by his parents, Jennie and Dick Slater, as well as his brothers. Wray will be missed by his very special friend, his pug, Quincy. Wray will be remembered with love by his family and friends. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no funeral. His family will have a private celebration of Wray’s life at a later date.
