With heavy hearts we announce the passing of William A. Petts “Bill” on Saturday December 18, 2021 at Chatham Kent Health Alliance.  Beloved husband and best friend of 34 years of his unflappable wife Nancy Grove Petts. Bill will be greatly missed by his daughters Teresa Petts Hutchison (David) and Deanne Petts, his grandsons and great grandsons and his brother Brian Petts (Cynthia). Bill was predeceased by his wife Wilda Saxon Petts and his son Christopher David Petts as well as his parents William and Muriel Petts. Bill enjoyed a long career in the printing and marketing business before moving to Vero Beach, Florida to purchase a small business. After many years in Florida Bill and Nancy moved to Chatham where Bill concentrated on renovating their new home. He will be forever missed by his loving family. Bill will be remembered privately. Memorial donations would be greatly appreciated and may be directed to Chatham Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Research Society.
