It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vivian Alice Alarie (nee Arnal) on Wednesday December 1, 2021 at Chatham Kent Hospice with family by her side. Vivian was born in Manitoba in 1950 to the late Ernest and Marie Arnal. She married her sweetheart, Roger, in 1970 and moved with him to Chatham, Ontario. They were blessed with two children, Tara (Calvin Holmes) and Ryan. Vivian later joined Roger at their drywall company, Ravata, and enjoyed 42 years of working alongside each other with hard work and dedication. She was fiercely loyal to her children and one of her greatest joys was her grandson, Niko. She was also close with her sisters, Lucille Boulanger (Roger) and Gayle Melnic (Maurice).Roger and Vivian had great friends, particularly Doug and Donna Houle and Brent and Connie Erickson.  Vivian will be missed, loved and the memories of her cherished forever.
