Obituary for Rodger Howes

We are sad to announce the passing of Rodger Ivan Howes on Friday, May 20, 2022. Rodger was surrounded by those he loved and died peacefully at home. He will be missed by his wife of over 30 years, Debbie, and his children Tasha (Chris), Amber (Marco) , Trevor (Danielle), Shay-Lynn (Tristan) and special daughter-in-law Tiffany. Grandpa Rodger will be missed by his 13 grandchildren and also by many nieces and nephews. He is survived by his mother and father -in-law Roger and Dolores Papps, and siblings Marsha (John), Marilyn, David (Bonnie) and Rick (the late Brenda). Rodger was born in Fort Erie in 1959 to the late Ivan and Marian Howes. He grew up to be a licensed mechanic who loved working on cars. Woodworking and listening to his music as loud as he could were also ways Rodger enjoyed his time. His good friends Barry Elgie and Dave Tanton and his four legged buddy Magic will mourn the loss of Rodger. Rodger will be remembered privately by his family. He will be missed and loved forever. “ All in all you’re just another brick in the wall” Another Brick in the Wall by Pink Floyd
