– Robert Peter Fox. It is with great sadness that we announce Peter’s passing on June 30, 2017. Born January 25, 1948 to the late Margaret (Dye) and Robert Fox. Dear brother to the late Allan Grant (Dorothy), Dianne (Don), Mary (Jim), Judy (friend Bob), and Bill (Kathy). He was a favourite brother-in-law to the Verschelden Clan, and their spouses, and fun-filled uncle and great uncle. Married to Beth (Verschelden) for 48 years, and a super father and friend to Heather. Peter worked as a meat manager at Gordons to Zhers to Super Store and retired to a job at Roesch Meats until his illness of Lewy Body Dementia. His gentle nature, crazy sense of humour, love of people and love of music made him a favourite brother-in-law, uncle and friend to all. Our sincerest thank you to our amazing circle of friends, choir family, neighbours and family for making this four year journey a blessed time. Thank you to my sister Liddy for being part of Heather’s and my commitment to keeping Peter at Home till the end. A huge thank you to the Bayshore “angels” for their incredible care and support, also to CCAC and Lisa and Rita for their help and support. In lieu of flowers please do a charitable deed or make someone smile. Cremation through Life Transitions has taken place and a mass to celebrate Peter’s life will be held at Blessed Sacrament Church on Friday July 7, 2017 at 11:00 am
