After a courageous and lengthy battle with cancer, the family of Randy Bain announces his passing at home in the early hours of April 13, 2022. We share this news with extreme sadness and heavy hearts, but also with rejoicing as we grieve with eternal hope in our hearts (1 Thess. 4:13–14). Beloved husband of Jeanine (nee Leclair) for 26 years. Loving father to William (Emily) and Benjamin (Melissa). Dear brother of Brian (Gail) and Kevin (Margie). Cherished son of Phyllis (Gary) and the late William (1996). Randy was a jack of all trades and loved being busy with his hands. He loved boating with his family and working on projects alongside them. He was well connected and involved in his church Gregory Drive Alliance, and will be remembered for his servant heart. There are many people the family would like to thank: the medical community who have been part of this journey, friends and family who have walked alongside them, and their church for their overwhelming love and support through it all. Friends and relatives are invited to share in a time of fellowship and memories on Thursday, April 14, 2022 between the hours of 7:00pm and 9:00pm at Gregory Drive Alliance Church, 255 Gregory Drive West, Chatham. A service of remembrance for Randy will be held at the church at 11:00am on Saturday, April 16, 2022 with cremation to follow. Private interment in Arnold Cemetery, Chatham at a later date.
