Dow, Ralph Mervin, Born December 8, 1940- Died July 13, 2018 at Tilbury Manor. Predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Ralph worked at Ojibway Salt Mine, Windsor, Ontario for 37 years. Ralph served 2 and a half years in Europe and 7 years in the Royal Canadian Regiment. Cremation has taken place followed with a  private interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
