Patricia Ann Emmott (Nee Rawstron) May 1, 1960- February 8, 2022 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia (Pat) Emmott, a beautiful and kind person. She was the center of her husband Curt’s life and they were married for over 41 years. We all agree she was a saint. Curt knows he was blessed to have her as his best friend. Pat is predeceased by her parents and little sister Cathy. Pat is also survived by her sister Francy Rawstron partner Dan of Naples Florida. Despite the distance, the two sisters shared a very special bond. She will be missed by brother in law David Emmott (Shasha) and sister in law Debbie Brooks (Stephen). Pat was dearly loved by nephew Carl (Tabatha), nieces Robin, Patti (Jeff), Beverly (Kyle), great niece Savannah, and great nephews Sawyer and Emerson. She was also loved dearly by her god daughter Madi. After leaving England, Pat’s parents Joe and Joan Rawstron started their family in Toronto but moved to Burlington when the girls were young. Pat and Curt met there at 15 and 16 and have loved ever since. As they grew together, Pat worked very hard to develop a successful career as a retail category manager in the food distribution industry. They cared for and helped many friends. Even with Curt’s crazy shifts at Dofasco, they led a life full of fun and laughter. Curt and Pat recently relocated from Burlington to Blenheim where they built their dream house. Pat designed their home with her impeccable taste and style. Curt always liked what ever Pat told him he liked. Every one loved Pat, and she lived life with dignity and class. In the springtime, family will gather with friends to celebrate the life of this lovely woman. How will we live without her? Pat always said about any difficulty, “don’t worry, we’ll figure it out”.
