Orville J Bechard, of Chatham, passed away on July 8, 2018. Born on July 15, 1933, son of the late Orvela and Hector Bechard. Beloved husband of Dora Bechard (nee Labombard) for 62 years. Loving father of the late Peter Francis Bechard and the late Susan Marie Bechard of Chatham, Joseph “Joey” of Windsor, Glen of Chatham, Michael (Mechele) of Brantford. Grandfather of Adam, Celine, Josee, Memphis, Ben, and 4 Great-Grandchildren. Dear brother of Harold of Sarnia, Rose and Yvette Bechard of Chatham. Predeceased by brother Raymond (Jeanette), Reg and sister-in-law Pauline, brother Gord Atkins of Port Lambton (Mildred) and brother-in-law George Bechard (Rose). In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to The Lung Association, The Alzheimer’s Society and The Chatham-Kent Hospice. All are welcome to attend a memorial service at Gregory Drive Alliance Church, 255 Gregory Dr. W., Chatham, on Saturday July 14, 2018 at 11:00 am.
