It is with great sorrow that I, Gordon Robinson, announce the passing of my wife of 51 years, Marjorie Rose Robinson (nee Taylor) in the early morning hours of August 24, 2022, at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, after a prolonged struggle with liver disease. She leaves behind, two sons, Andrew “Scott” (wife Amy and stepdaughter Kayla Mooney) and  Brian Jeffery, and her beloved “Abbey” the family cat.  She was an employee of Valvoline Oil Company in Mississauga, Ontario for 23 years as Marketing Coordinator for Canada.  At her request there will be no funeral service as she wished to be cremated and her ashes interred in Oakville, Ontario.  I wish to thank the staff at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham emergency room and the second floor staff of the surgical ward for their kind and humane treatment during her illness.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation .
