Lorraine Muriel Hazuda passed peacefully at Riverview Gardens, in Chatham, on September 24, 2021.   Lorraine was born in Toronto to Albert and Muriel Ballantyne on April 21, 1934. Predeceased by her loving  husband John Hazuda. Mother of Shelly, Lynn, Cindy, John and Sean.  Grandmother of Stacey, Chris, John, Cody, John Michael, Taylor and Justin. Great-grandmother of nine and great-great-grandmother of two. Donations to the CK Pet and Wildlife Rescue or the Alzheimer’s Society.
