It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John “Jack” O’Neill. On Monday May 22, 2017, peacefully at Chatham Kent Health Alliance Jack passed away surrounded by family. Son of the late Mark and Margaret O’Neill. Former husband of Connie O’Neill, loving father of Crystal O’Neill, Opa to Brady and Serenity O’Neill. Brother of Catherine Sterling (Bob), Paula Taylor (the late Jim Taylor) (and companion John), Lu-Ann Bardyla (Walt), and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Gary and David O’Neill. Special thanks to ICU Nurse Erica for all of the special care she gave Jack, and Dr Marhong for his kindness and help with both Jack and the family. Donations in Jack’s memory to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Cancer Society would be appreciated.
