John Dale “Jack”, resident of Chatham, passed away at Chatham Kent Health Alliance on September 12, 2020 at the age of 61. Born in East York, he was the son of William and the late Delphine. He will always be remembered by his daughters Janine, Rochelle (Matthew) and Jessica. He is the grandfather of Adrien (Jean), Kayden, Geoffrey, Jessica, Gavin, Angeline, Hudson and Harper. Jack is survived by his siblings Darcy, Edward, Lori (Richard) and Timothy. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends. Jack was a life long Harley Davidson and classic car enthusiast. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at CKHA. As per Jack’s wishes, cremation has taken place with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
