Jacob Klaas Van Oosterom, “Jim” passed away peacefully at St Joseph’s Hospice on October 6, 2020. Jim will be greatly missed by his life partner Elizabeth Crombeen, and his children Kimberly Dawn (Andrew) and Sheila Horhota. Son of the late Simon and Jannetje Van Oosterom. Jim is survived by his siblings Keith Van Oosterom and Margaret Vanderzweerde. Predeceased by brothers Peter and Rick Van Oosterom. Jim will also be missed by extended family and friends. Jim enjoyed doing handyman work and loved spending time in his backyard. Cremation has taken place, and as per Jim’s wishes there will be no service.
