Evelyn Ann “Lyn” Lozon (Nisbet), a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at the CK-Hospice, with her family by her side, on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the age of 68. Lyn is the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Praill) Nisbet and loving niece of Evelyn. Cherished mother of Jeffrey (Jennifer) Lozon and Jamie (Kristel) Lozon. Sister of Gary (Janet) Nisbet, Mary (Gil) Lozier and the late Doug Nisbet. Lyn will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Layne, Bo, Edrea, Reid, Lucien, Nicolas, Spencer, Owen, and Griffen. Many nieces and nephews, friends, and her furbaby Sophie. Lyn enjoyed socializing with her neighbourhood friends, spending countless hours with her grandchildren Layne (Buddy Boy) and Bo (her little Hallowe’ener), collecting antiques, camping, and watching the Maple Leafs. Lyn will be remembered for her quick-witted humour and love for Halloween. She always put her children and grandchildren first and had a deep love for animals. She was known for her jokes and always making people laugh. She will be greatly missed by many. The family would like to thank the outstanding care of the nurses on the Medicine Unit at the Sydenham Campus and Kaitlyn and Lola at the CK-Hospice. A private family memorial will be scheduled at a later date. If desired, remembrances may be directed to the PAWR or CK-Hospice.
