Evelyn Jean Latford (nee Arnold), passed away peacefully at Chatham Kent Hospice on Thursday, August 6, 2020. Daughter of the late Rennie and Margaret Arnold (nee Larabe). Wife of the late Carl A. Latford (2002). Mother of Margret  Wright (Chris), Rennie (Leeann) Latford of Temperance, MI, Carl Latford (Bernadette DeMars), Deborah Fletcher and the late Lee Wright. Grandmother of Christina Wright (Peter Burch), Sara Wright (Nathan Brown) and Allysha Wright. Joshua Latford (Josie), David Latford (Erica Gabriel), Christian DeMars (Brittany Allen) and Cameron DeMars (Caylin Craig). Great grandmother to Cayden, Colin, Ellie, Baylee and Lilly.    Evelyn is also survived by brothers Ed and Murray (Margo) Arnold and sister Marion Sutherland and is fondly remembered by stepchildren Catherine Compeau and the late Carl Wayne and their families.  Evelyn’s children would like to extend their gratitude to the amazing staff of the London Regional Cancer Centre, the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) and of the CK Hospice for their care and compassion over the past months.  There will be no memorial at this time, however a celebration of life will be planned once the family is able to fully reunite following the pandemic.   In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Chatham Kent Hospice .
