It is with profound sadness that we announce that our beloved son Eric slipped quietly into the arms of our Lord and Saviour on September 16, 2020. He was a sweet, gentle and loving soul. Eric was born April 2, 1990 in Chatham. Cherished son of Janis Huscroft, Ken Lutz and Michael Blondeel. Predeceased by his loving grandmother and best friend Lawanna Huscroft and grandfather Rogier Blondeel. Eric had a brilliant mind and a wonderful sense of humour. He loved football and reading and was fluent in French and English by kindergarten. Eric was a father to Callie Root. Eric was the best twin brother to Mikey Blondeel and fiancee Brittany Armstrong. Eric will be missed by his grandmother Lena Blondeel, Uncle Grant Huscroft and Aunt Tracy Shultis, cousins Hannah and Emma Huscroft. Also survived by extended family; Jean Blondeel, Linda and Dan Raes, Debra Blondeel, Susan Blondeel, Brenda and Trevor Charles, Jackie and Bill Campbell. Eric loved all animals, especially his fur baby “Little Lady”. Those who choose to give a gift to honour Eric are asked to make a donation to P.A.W.R . Eric’s family will be remembering him privately.
