Obituary for Doreen Bellinger

BELLINGER, Doreen Pearl –  A resident of Chatham, Doreen Pearl Bellinger, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Riverview Gardens Nursing Home. Born in Coatsworth Ontario on January 13, 1933, daughter of the late Garth and Dora Dibbley. Cherished wife and soul mate to the late Donald Bellinger for 62 years. Loving mother to Allan Bellinger, Donna & Chuck Whaling, Susan & Gene Gray, Anne & Mark Ottaway, Paul & Vickie Bellinger. Forever remembered by her 11 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by her siblings Kathleen Pearson (William) , Clayton Dibbley (Jean), June Boone (Frank), Diane Unruh (Murray) and predeceased by her brother Murray Dibbley (Mildred).  Survived by her sisters-in-law Mary Bellinger, Edith Cook (the late George), Marlene Phillips (the late Jim), Ruth Tuck (Robert). Predeceased by her sister-in-law Anna Payne and brother in law Chestle. Doreen leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Dr. Parry, and the 2nd floor RVG staff for all the special care and compassion. Family to receive friends Tuesday January 23, 2018 at Emmanuel Baptist Church 100 McNaughton Ave West, Chatham. Visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Andrew Martin and Rev. Mark Ottaway officiating. In lieu of flowers donations to Emmanuel Baptist Church, Ronald McDonald House or a Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated by the family.
