Obituary for Donna Jones (Little)
Donna Marie Jones (nee Little) passed away peacefully on Friday, December 30. 2022 at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance, at the age of 90, surrounded by family. Daughter of the late Harold and Josephine Little. Wife of the late Stanley Edward Jones (2006). Mother of Barbara and Laurie Ramsden, Jim and Brenda Jones, Tammy Jones (Telly O'Rourke). Grandmother of Jeffery and Emily Ramsden, and Amanda Jones. Step-grandmother of Shantelle Barr, Sheila Bedford and Shawna Deschryver. Great-Grandmother of Kaiya, Alexis, Maddex, Kate, Morgan, Cohen, Benson, Bryer, Karsyn, Bria, Haleigh, and Jaxon. Sister of Margaret Clark. Donna is predeceased by her son Robert Stanley Jones (1989), sister Jeanette Drewery and brother Kenneth Little.
Our mother loved her family very much. She enjoyed country music and played guitar and sang in her own band. Donna loved animals, visits from her children and grandchildren, and Saturday morning coffee with friends at McDonalds. TV was her favourite pastime, she watched everything from Soap Operas to Mysteries to the Toronto Blue Jays Games. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in Donna's name are asked to please consider PAWR. Cremation has taken place. There will be a private family gathering at a later date.
