Diane Van De Moortele passed away on Thursday, September 1st, 2022 at the age of 66 in Chatham, Ontario. She was the daughter of the late John and Lynne Smith. Diane is predeceased by her partner Kevin Maynard (January 2022), her son Michael Smith (May 2003) and her granddaughter Jericka Bantam (2006). She will be missed by her daughter, Shannan Bantam (Shawn) and grandchildren Jordyn Smith, and Gavin and Emilie Bantam. Diane is also survived by her brother Dwayne Smith (Tracy). She spent many years as a Courtesy Cab Driver. Diane’s family will be remembering her privately.
