Obituary for Cynthia Bell-Burd

The family of Cynthia Marie Bell-Burd are broken hearted to announce her passing at Woodstock Hospital on May 23, 2022, at the age of 47. Cindy is survived by husband and best friend, John “Jay” Burd and her two loves, daughters Alissa and Kylie. She is also survived by her loving parents Colleen Bell (Bob) and Kenneth Bell, two sisters Tammy and Carrie, sister-in-law Heather (Brad) Erickson, and mother-in-law Barbara (John) Verkaik. Cindy will be dearly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, and her furry friend Leah. Predeceased by her twin brother Jeffery, grandfather Art Hoad, and father-in-law John “Jack” Burd (Michelle). Family and friends are invited to share memories of Cindy on May 28, 2022. Gathering at 10:30-11:30am with a memorial service to follow at 11:30 at the Hidden Hills Golf & Country Club, 25393 St. Clair Road, Dover Centre. Inurnment of cremated remains in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham to follow. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Cindy are asked to please consider Mental Health and Addictions – Chatham-Kent.
