Charles P. Hartford, 67 years of Chatham passed away suddenly but peacefully at CKHA on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 with family by his side. Predeceased by his father Charles W. Hartford. Survived by his mother Elizabeth Ann Hartford (nee Dierickse), his daughter Kelly Ladd (Aaron), his son Charles Joseph and siblings Catherine , Frank, Julie and Michael. Also survived by dear friend and brother in law Richard Proulx as well as several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Known lovingly as Dad, Chuck or Uncle Chuck by friends and family he will be missed dearly. A private family service will be held at a later date.
