HORVATH, Carol (Miller) –   A resident of Chatham, passed away peacefully with family by h er  side on  Fri day,  August  24 , 201 8  at the age of  7 8. Daughter of the late Carmen and Winnie Miller.  W ife and best friend of 56 years  of  the late Alex  Horvath. Loved dearly by h er  children Dale (Susanne) Horvath, Darlene Horvath (Bob Legue) and Brenda Howes (Patrick Wrozek). Beloved grand mother  of Crystal Parker (Shea Bailey), Tanya Wilson  (Mike) , Bobbie  Beriault (Brian) , Terrie Horvath  (Brett) , Jamie Howes  (Sam),  Chris Howes, Carley Horvath and Charlie Wrozek. Loving great-grandmother of Brennan Horvath,  Emma Beriault,  Ezequiel Trigo, Carolynn Primeau, Aada Lee McKeller, Brodie- Bailey, Quinndale McKeller and Kaleb Welch .  Predeceased by her brothers Bob and Jack Miller. Survived by her sister Janet Murdock and sisters in law Diane and Carol. Also s urvived  by several nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed  by  h er  loving canine companion,  Ruby .  Carol will be  forever  remembered as a spunky lady who deeply loved her family. She was the greatest hostess of many family gather ing s in her home over the years, where she dance d , cooked and just loved having fun.   The family would like to thank Dr. Adrian Verburg for  his  compassionate care. A funeral Mass will take place Saturday September 29, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Blessed Sacrament Church (145 Victoria Ave. Chatham). Donations in memory of  Carol  to the O.S.P.C.A of C-K would be greatly appreciated by the family.  Visitation will take place 30 minutes before the mass. Following the mass the Horvath family invites all those that knew and loved Carol to join with them at the KBD Hall (34 Byng Ave, Chatham) to celebrate Carols’s life.
