Ronald Henry Truax, 49, of Tilbury, died unexpectedly on Saturday, February 11, 2023. His sudden loss has left his family shocked and saddened. Ron was deeply loved by his parents Donna and Michael Jones, grandparents Joy and the late Charlie (2016) Simpson, and the late Gilbert (1993) and Doris (2005) Jones. Beloved brother of Tracey Truax (Scott Sharpe), Janet Bishop (Neil Cottingham), and Mike Jones (Stacey). Uncle of Steven, the late Stephanie (the late Derek) (2022), Alyssa, Austin, the late Raelyn (2016), Kaylin, Kylie, and Taylor. Ron is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins that loved him dearly. Throughout the years Ron enjoyed working on derby cars, hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. He could often be found cleaning his truck, driving around the county drinking his Tim Hortons coffee and eating McDonalds. Cremation has taken place. Friends and family are invited to join a Celebration of Life at the Tilbury Legion on Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 1-5. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
