With sadness we announce the passing of Barry Henry Gillett “Puppy” on Sunday July 19, 2020 at 54 years of age. Son of Bud and Pat Gillett (Bud predeceased in 2018). He will always be the brother of Dan and Cindy Gillett, Lonnie and Colleen Gillett, Cally Gillett, Lacy and Paul Medd. Survived by 11 nieces and nephews and 9 great nephews. Barry worked at Daymond Aluminum/Dajcor for over 30 years. He loved spending time with his family and many friends.  His nieces and nephews were very special to him.   He also enjoyed going to his trailer and spending time with his “camping” family.  Classic country music was a favourite of Barry’s and he loved to sing & dance.  Barry also enjoyed woodworking, painting, cooking, gardening & riding motorcycles. Many years and good times were spent with his “motorcycle brothers”. We are certain he is with dad now, listening to some Hank Williams Jr., Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson and many of their favourites. The family would like to extend a sincere appreciation to the Doctors, Nurses and Health Care Workers that provided care for Barry. Donations may be directed to  Canadian Liver Foundation or  Chrohn’s & Colitis Foundation . A celebration of Barry’s life will be announced at a later date.
