Anthony (Tony) Joseph Nugent of Kent Bridge passed away at Chatham Kent Health Alliance on February 22, 2020. Husband of Sheila Nugent (nee O’Manhony). Father of David and Karie Nugent of Mt. Brydges and Anne Nugent and Scott Wellman of London. Son of the late Andrew and Johanna Nugent (nee Walsh) of Dublin, Ireland and loving grandfather to Evan and Emily Nugent . Tony proudly served in the Royal Wessex Regiment of the British Army in WWII and the Palestinian Conflict. He was also a longtime member of the Canadian Racing Pigeon Union. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St Ursula’s Parish Thursday February 27, 2020 at 11:00am.
