Obituary for Anne Bradner

Anne “Annie” Bradner of Chatham, Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Sunday October 6, 2019 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice. Loving wife of Dr Norman Bradner. Daughter of the late John and Revecca (Prescon) Copra. Mother of Becky and Brad Hall, and Polly and Mark Jeffries, and the late David Foltz (2007). Grandmother of Ryan (Olivia) Roelens, Madison Jeffries and Jesse Lumley. Sister of John and Elnora Copra, Si and Mid Copra, Nick and Mildred Copra. Annie will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.  Annie received her Bachelor Degree in Business at Indiana State University. She Worked as an Administrator at Trillium Village in Chatham, although the thing she was most proud of was her family. When her kids said “I love you,” she would respond with “Not as much as I do,” and insisted that they didn’t tell their siblings. Annie enjoyed hosting family gatherings, where she was cooking, baking and playing cards. She also spent time knitting, and reading biographies. Her kind heart touched everyone she knew. She had special memories with Maria and Nick Protopapas, Francis and Nick Protopapas and Nick Buzwah.  Annie’s family would like to extend thanks and appreciation to the staff at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance and Chatham-Kent Hospice with a special thanks to Karen Millard and Dr Trudeau. They would also like to say thank you to the staff at St Andrew’s Residence with a special thank you to Tonya.  The Bradner family will be remembering Annie privately.
