Alan “Al” Robert Ashton passed peacefully on Tuesday February 15, 2022 at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance.   Born in Windsor 62 years ago. Son of Robert and Shirley Ashton. Husband of the late Tammy Marie Ashton. Father of Sean Ashton and spouse Jen Dufour and Rikki Ashton and spouse Ray Butler. Grandfather of Nathan and Landen Ashton and Cienna and Raymond Butler. Also survived by siblings Brenda and spouse Nick Shadd, Tracey Ashton and Dave Ashton. Al had earned a business degree and enjoyed his work as an accountant with H & R Block. He also loved to cheer for both the Chicago Blackhawks and the Miami Dolphins. A great day for Al was having BBQ on a hot day at the beach but his biggest love was his family. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him. All are welcome to attend a graveside service Friday February 25 at 11 am at Maple Leaf Cemetery.
